Teen Programs

Girls Inc. of Santa Fe offers a range of dynamic and empowering teen programs designed to help girls in grades 6-12 grow into confident and capable leaders. Our Teen Leadership Council, aimed at middle school girls in grades 6-8, focuses on building foundational leadership skills, teamwork, and public speaking through engaging workshops and collaborative projects. For high school girls in grades 9-12, our Leadership Out Loud program provides advanced leadership training, community service opportunities, and preparation for future academic and career endeavors. Both programs emphasize experiential learning, mentorship, and real-world applications, ensuring that our teens are well-equipped to face challenges, advocate for their passions, and lead with integrity and confidence.
