Teen Leadership Council (Grades 6-8)

The Teen Leadership Council at Girls Inc. of Santa Fe is designed for middle school girls in grades 6-8 who are eager to develop their leadership skills and make a difference in their community. Through a series of engaging workshops, collaborative projects, and mentorship opportunities, participants learn the fundamentals of effective leadership, teamwork, and public speaking. This program empowers young girls to take on leadership roles, advocate for issues they care about, and build the confidence to lead with integrity and purpose.

Leadership Out Loud (Grades 9-12)

Leadership Out Loud is an advanced leadership program for high school girls in grades 9-12 at Girls Inc. of Santa Fe. This program offers a dynamic and interactive environment where participants can refine their leadership abilities, engage in community service, and prepare for future academic and career opportunities. Through experiential learning, guest speakers, and real-world projects, girls gain valuable insights into leadership, communication, and self-advocacy, equipping them with the tools they need to lead boldly and effectively in all areas of their lives.
