Linda Pak, Board Member
Linda discovered Girls Inc. of Santa Fe while searching for a supportive after-school program for her young daughter. As the child of immigrants, she deeply values the power of healthy mentoring relationships, especially in first-generation communities. Her own experiences as a mother have given her perspective on the importance of high-quality programs like those offered by Girls Inc. of Santa Fe.
Before pursuing her Master of Architecture at the Knowlton School, Linda volunteered on an apple farm in Wapato, Washington. There, she immersed herself in youth programs and learning about community relationships within a rural setting, where she also met her spouse. Since then, she has been a passionate advocate for well-designed and inclusive communities.
After over 12 years of experience in planning, architecture, and landscape architecture, Linda is currently a planner at Sandia National Laboratories. Committed to the transformative power of design, she has served on the executive committee of AIA Santa Fe and is particularly proud of her work in co-creating PechaKucha for Santa Fe during that time.
